Located on Scarborough road, Brooklands Guest House is perfectly situated close to the sea, town centre, Riviera Centre, Princess theatre, main stations and Torre Abbey.

Brooklands is nestled in a relatively quiet conservation area making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All bedrooms are ensuite and situated at first floor level, cosily decorated  and equipped with freeview TV, complimentary beverages and other thoughtful details and touches. Double glazing and thermo-statically controlled central heating provide additional comfort.

Guests have their own dining room and seperate lounge and use of our garden/patio area. Free WIFI internet access available. Our generous Breakfasts comprises of a wide selection of English and Continental dishes. Special diets can also be catered for but please advise when booking. Preference is given to 'Fair Trade' and Local Produce as appropriate.
