Situated in Exmoor National Park on the beautiful North Devon coastline Riverside cottage is an extremely comfortable guest house and licensed Café.

We offer comfortable beds, clean rooms and a selection of breakfast which includes everything from full English to a slice of toast, cereals and a selection of fresh fruit. We have six bedrooms with sea views and a balcony with table and chairs. There is also a family room that sleep 4 and an economy room, both facing Lynmouth Street they have the same level of equipment and are also en-suite.

All rooms are en-suite and two have both a bath and shower. All have tea and coffee making equipment, hair dryer and colour TV.

Relax in our residents lounge with a glass of something or a hot drink and sit in our comfortable sofa's to watch the large screen TV with all the Freeview channels. If you have a PC you can also catch up with your e-mails using our free internet connections (Wi-Fi or ethernet available).

Riverside Cottage is a perfect base for Walking, Cycling, Fishing (River Lyn, Harbour, Beach or Boat), and riding, pony trekking or just as a centre for North Devon Touring. Alternately just sit on your balcony with a drink and admire the views (rooms 3, 4, 5 & 7, 8, 9 only).
