Welcome to the Graystoke Guest House. We are within short walking distance of Ilfracombe`s town centre and perectly located for your holiday to explore all that North Devon has to offer. Exmoor National Park is on our door step, surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands but 10 minutes drive away. Our ideal location makes us an excellent base and we offer our guests free parking.
We aim to make your stay a most enjoyable and memorable one, provide attentive but unobtrusive service and endeavour to be as flexible as possible. Our housekeeping is of the highest standard, awarded 5 stars from the Food Standards Agency for hygiene.
All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are well equipped, flat screen TV, tea/coffee etc.
English breakfast is served in our spacious dinning room with vegetarian and contiental options available, freshly cooked to order to your individual taste and accommodate early breakfasts on request.
We are happy to arrange early or late check ins providing that this is done by prior arrangement and look forward to welcoming you at athe Graystoke either on business or pleasure.

Terms and conditions
A deposit of the first night stay is required to secure a booking and is Non-Refundable. Balance of payment to be paid by cash, cheque or credit card. Should you have to cancel your reservation within less than 7 days notice or in the event of a no show, the full amount will be charged with the credit details provided. No reductions given for early departures. All valuables left in room at owners` risk and we take no responsibility for loss or damage to or from any vehicle.
A gentle slope from our private car park accesses the guest house. All bedrooms are reached by the main staircase to the first or second floor. We apologise, there is no lift. Please let us know, if you have any particular needs when booking as we would be very happy to assist you during your stay.
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
