Our aim at Exmouth B&B is to provide a relaxing and pampering holiday for all of our guests.

Our bedrooms are a haven of peace. The décor and furnishings have been chosen especially with this in mind. The rooms are light and airy, with comfortable beds and furnishings in keeping with the style of this elegantly restored Edwardian property. All of our rooms have a hospitality tray, TV, hairdryer, Corby trouser press and toiletries and you will also find a decanter of complimentary sherry in your room. Both of our Double rooms have en-suite facilities.

We offer a full English breakfast served in the Dining Room between 8.15 am and 9.00 am. Other times by arrangement.

All produce used is locally produced. Sausages and bacon from our butcher are the product of local farms. Tomatoes and mushrooms are organic and often home grown. Eggs are free range. Bread, marmalade and preserves are home made and the honey is from a local beekeeper.

Our pretty cottage garden has comfortable seating to relax on while you enjoy the sun. We have a no-smoking policy in the house, however we are happy for guests to smoke in the garden.
