We offer exceptional bed and breakfast facilities in a warm and cosy Victorian Guest House just 70 metres from Exmouth beach and a quiet five minute walk to the Town Centre or River Exe Estuary.

We have 6 fully furnished guest rooms:

- Two family rooms each with a double and two single beds
- Two Double rooms
- One Twin bedded room
- One Single bedded room

All rooms, with the exception of the Single room have full en-suite facilities. The Single room is furnished with its own separate private bathroom suite. All of our rooms come equipped with 40 channel colour Televisions and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

Our breakfasts comprise buffet style starters with hot Toast and Preserves, a selection of fresh Fruit, Cereals and Fruit Juices with Coffee or Tea served as required. This is followed by the ‘Clinton Grill’, a full English Breakfast of grilled Sausages and Bacon, locally produced Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Baked Beans, Toast and Tomatoes. Fish and vegetarian/vegan options are always available.
