Holly House is a lovely late Victorian terraced Town House close to St.Austell town centre. We offer comfortable accommodation in two large first floor en-suite guest rooms. Both of our guest rooms have been decorated to a high standard and are furnished with antique pine.

Our Porthpean King en-suite room has a comfortable seating area, Freesat TV, Hot drinks tray with selection box, mini-cooler, hairdryer, clock/radio and toiletries. Our Polkerris Double/twin room is suitable for couples, friends or small families. Breakfast includes fresh homemade breads, yoghurt and marmalade, with lots of choice for something cooked.

Located centrally for visits to the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens you can easily walk to the town centre for evening meals. Explore the coastal villages, beaches and cliff paths or visit National Trust properties and  local gardens.

Private parking is available for upto 3 cars and we also provide a lockable garage for cycles. If arriving by Public Transport we would be happy to pick you up from the station.
