Nick & Chrissy offer you a warm welcome to their home. Chyheira is an elegant Edwardian house which proudly stands on the corner of a quiet road. Whilst being fully modernized much of the original character has been maintained.
Bedrooms:
Our double room is calm and quiet with easterly views over countryside and to the sea beyond and our twin room is light and airy with views over the garden and fields.
Both rooms have refreshment tray which is well stocked with tea, coffee an assortment of fruit and herbal teas and hot chocolate. Wine glasses and corkscrew are also provided. Digital TV/DVD, clock radio with i dock and hairdryer. The en suite shower room has a shower cubicle with power shower and wash basin, W.C and fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.
Lounge:
A comfy lounge area is available. A fridge is provided for guest’s use. On cooler evenings you can sit and read or listen to a CD in front of the log burner stove which is set into an impressive granite wall.
Outside:
Table and chairs are provided for our guests. Sit in the garden and relax in the sun or sit in an evening and watch the barn owls hunt along the hedgerows and wait until dusk for the bats to fly past. On a clear night you will be convinced there are more stars here than anywhere else. We have ample off road parking for all our guests.

Location:
Chyheira is set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and special scientific interest. Being just 10 minutes walk down a quiet lane to the South West Coastal Path, with it’s wonderful rugged coastline looking down into beautiful clear blue sea where seals and dolphins can often be seen and if you are lucky the basking sharks which are often seen feeding in early summer.
The picturesque fishing cove of Cadgwith is an easy stroll where you will find The Cadgwith Cove Inn serving locally caught fish, good wine and traditional ales.
Just a few minutes drive and you will be into Lizard village, where you will find an excellent restaurant, pub, café’s and fish & chip shop. You can also watch the craftsman turning the Lizard stone into beautiful jewellery and ornaments which can now only be seen and bought on The Lizard Peninsula. Here you can walk to Lizard Lighthouse.
Beautiful beaches, interesting fishing villages and numerous outdoor activities are all close by, the local villages of Mullion Cove, Coverack and Porthleven are also close by where you can hire a boat for fishing, go diving or enjoy a lovely fish supper. Local crafts include Trencance hand made chocolate Roskillies deviously ice cream, Lizard ciders and wines and many art and craft studios.
