M1 Junction 13 is 3 miles away and Junction 14 about 6 miles with Luton Airport about 20 minutes. Other attactions in the Milton Keynes area are Bletchley Park, The Stables Theatre, Milton Keynes Theatre, MK Dons Stadium, Xscape Snow Dome just to name but a few.

Formerly part of Woburn Park Farm Estates, the north and now the west barn have been tastefully converted to offer bed and breakfast accommodation in picturesque and tranquil surroundings. The guest house has an independent entrance enabling guests to come and go at their convenience. We offer bed and breakfast or room only accommodation and for the convenience of guests who do not wish to eat out in the great local restaurants there is a fully equipped commercial kitchen and a dining area at their disposal.
